Fixes preview iframe visual config patching so background-color updates don’t wipe previously applied preview CSS (notably styles coming from tabs), and adds an e2e regression test to lock the behavior in.

- Persist and merge
visualConfiginside the preview iframe runtime soconfig-patchmessages only update patched fields (e.g., background color) without clearingcssText/hostPadding. - Add a Playwright test asserting preview styles remain applied after changing the preview background color.
